At Icemode London, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and watches. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us at support@icemodelondon.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include:

If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Icemode London is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages marked as "delivered" by the courier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
