Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Icemode London is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages marked “Delivered” by the courier. In these cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@icemodelondon.com
Delivery Refusals
If you refuse delivery of your order or fail to collect it, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping, and any associated fees.
